We have been in business for 26 years.In the same location
at 10 Church Towers, Hoboken, N.J.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is property managemnt. We manage condominums, rentals, houses,even individual units for out of town owners. We take care of all your property management needs and treat your investment as if it was our own. Your equity is our # 1 priority. Let us handle the little things so you don't need to. 24 hour emergency service for all clients.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been interested in helping people take care of the things they were not able to . There were clients in the 1970's and 1980's wo hsd no idea had to keep a building running under budget. I have a NJ Real Estate Broker's License. I am a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Property management is our only job. Unlike other real estate offices that sell or rent we are strictly a Property Management company. Our staff goes to classes regularly to be up on all the newest laws and regulations .
